just seen this headline.....

Majority of Scottish voters support assisted dying bill, poll reports

i wonder if they're hoping to assist the snp to its death?

looks like the Scottish police are slow readers and slow brained, with no progress in the SNP  fraud cases

Majority of UK voters also support assisted dying. Whose death are they hoping to assist?

Trying to think of any other explanation for the "delay", Neil. Can you think of one?

a competently-carried-out fraud - unlikely we.re talking about the snp.

i see the snp leadership want to boot out  Fergus Ewing  for him daring to reject snp/indie groupthunk.

Fergus has rejected "snp/indie groupthunk" on a number of occasions without any sanction being imposed.

However, voting against a government minister in a no-confidence vote is probably inviting sanctions in any party.

that's normally expected of the snp - to bring in a tory govt. a Ewing would know that.

we can't have a tory government in Scotland  - we don't have enough Tory bastards to vote one in unlike in your region of the UK where it happens on a regular basis.

The SNP have never "brought in" a Tory government  - English Tory voters often have.

I see the SNP finally get their own drugs policy today with the opening of a grug consumption room in Glasgow. What about the other part of rehab will they restore the stolen rehab funding. Which pet project Will they kill off to restore that diverted funding.

Tried googling for this, am  just curious, why wasn't the original Scottish parliament building used for the New Scottish assembly and parliament?

Seems a no brainer as it still exists - and I'd guess the original location will have helped give it legitimacy.

The old building is the Scottish supreme courts, which will have to vacate someday for renovation.

As will the London lot, before their building falls or burns down.  Problem is no one knows where that £20-30bn will come from so they might get a new building soon too!

Is he influential enough for his party to win today's by-election

I guess we'll know shortly. Not entirely sure how many residents of Rutherglen read Time magazine.

i see SNP MP  Lisa Cameron has defected to the tories the natural home of snp supporters (tartan tories). their time has gone, like to see someone predict sindy in a few years like people used to.

she quit cos of bullying and a toxic atmosphere, note,  that she used to work in the Scottish equivalent of Broadmoor, but found the SNP too toxic.

And I'm sure it's purely coincidental that she was about to be deselected ...
