More Guns N Roses dates, they are touring the US in Feb and Bulgaria on the 8th July which is the last night of Soni UK.

They've announced a date in Ireland in May and are expected to do a bigger European tour, so they could easily do Soni on the Fri and then fly to Bulgaria as part of a full Eurpoean tour.

Id say that rules them out then. I couldn't see them playing Soni then flying to Bulgaria.

Err, why not? Alot of bands do back to back tour dates, he could be playing the Friday too, then saturday off, Bulgaria on the Sunday.

Both would definitely secure my ticket, don't see QotSA doing download though, and if they clashed with Sabbath I'd be raging Can't see them clashing with Prodigy as I'm sure they said Friday's 2nd stage headliner is a more classic rock-esque one.

No QOTSA or Gary Numan for Download, Slash is headlining the second stage so he has to be a doubt for Sonisphere so all this nonsense about the possibility of him playing with Axl and friends can stop.

If GnR are getting back together in the classic form, it will be all over the media beforehand to maximise the revenue.

Queen would certainly headline of FNM I reckons...out of the 2 FNM are less likely to headline, but seeing as it'll probably be their only UK show of the year and one of few shows this year if they are recording, I can see them headlining.

What I've said is that it's quite possible the fest might not sell enough tickets, to the extent that it financially fails and they consider pulling the plug on it.
