Interesting, Mr Fests. Now how do I get my timing right?

I'm avoiding naming the person or the band or giving a time because I'm presuming (I don't know either way) that the band would rather its audience were there to see the band than to gawp at someone they might know from the screen.

Bloody brilliant festival. Is there a link to Glasto, or was the signage etc just a coincidence?

good point I'd not realised until you said - signage, bins, Burrowhill Spicy Cider, there was a fair bit of crossover.

I've not felt this happy/rough since Glastonbury last year - great weekend, helped loads by the weather.

Great fun again, so glad the weather was sunny the whole time. Saw Sicknote in the burlesque place, they were pretty funny; the Arcadia stage was fu**ing mental (woo Dirtyphonics) and the Town Centre secret guest was a very enjoyable sunny Sunday gig (it was Jimmy Cliff)

Where was Rodigan though? I know the Lion's Den line-up moved back an hour because of Beanie Man cancelling, but even going on the new program that was in the Daily Rag I still didn't see Rodigan appear... what happened?

Really wanted to be at this one but it was a little too close to Rebellion for us, maybe with a bit of planning we may get to both next year. Cant believe its mid august and we are done for festivals for another year.

Friday's headliner was the excellent Reel Big Fish

Sunday's surprise guest was Jimmy Cliff - the T shirts kind of gave it away - with him as the top name on them.

Rodigan played around 9pm I think - although i missed most of it as I watched slamboree

promised myself I wouldn't buy any early birds this yr - but there's simply no way I'm not going to go to boomtown... so I might aswell.

Hope they get arcadia for another yr - that was awesome.
