The Cure are the only reason I'm going! And I'm only 16. I've been brought up with my dad's good music taste. I was going to do T and Download this year but when I heard The Cure were at R&L I kinda had to fucking go

Cure, Kasabian, Foos is good, but doesn't seem like "THE line-up of line-ups" from the perspective of the general public. Seems generally equal to last year if not slightly lower.

Last year also had a top charting British band (Muse), one of the most popular international bands (MCR), and an older British band (Pulp)

Is Neil sure the Cure won't sub?

not many bands who i could watch for 3 hours straight without either getting tired or bored.

I personally as I've said elsewhere can't wait as they are one of my favorite bands. I've seen them 3 times over the years. First time at SECC in Glasgow in 89 and most recently Stockholm in 08 where they played for over 3 hours
