Disabled toilets?..

This is a bit of a weird one, But i've bought a ticket for V fest and would just know if anyone can give me info about disabled toilets that they may have at v? I know they have a disabled camping area but I didnt buy a disabled ticket. I'm not in a wheelchair or anything but without going into personal details I need easy access to toilets and somewhere to change certain things. and not sure If they'll atleast let me in there to use any facilities I may need.

I've tried contacting virgin through the appropriate channels and getting a reply is impossible! I have been to v fest twice before but didn't have the particular medical issue then that I do know so didn't really take notice of things like disabled toilets etc so just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the situation.

looking forward to what should be a great festival :)
