KoL's dates make me really unsure, UK shows at the end of June/start of July then playing NOS on the Friday of TRNSMT before playing in New Jersey six days after NOS, I can't see them travelling back to the UK for one show before going back to America
Some acts see that Park headline slot as a pretty iconic slot. I know it's been specifically requested by an act or two, in recent years.
Not to say any of that applies to The Maccabees. They were an act that passed me by really, never really got into them; so I'm not really sure on their stock, or where they really sit in terms of size tbh
See NOS Alive's 2018 poster, see alive's 2019 poster, from then on I never create expectations in relation to the names again, it's the best they do...
Kings of Leon haven't been to Portugal for 12 years... so it's good, because Portugal is always bringing the same bands.
I agree that this really is a great lineup - not just the headliners either. I used to go to both IofW and Victorious, but think we will be giving the IofW a miss this year. For anyone who hasn't been to Victorious it is also a great setting, overlooking the sea, with the castle, etc. Always a good festival, but next year could be the best yet...
