'Still no word on Fall Out Boy…I know Joe’s working on his new record and Pete’s mixtape just came out so I don’t expect anything on that front in the near future. I, as always, would be super psyched to do the band again though'

the abuse he's been getting has been more directed at his solo project

You could change Biffy to Sunday and put Bloc Party on Friday as Green Day isn't going to happen, I just don't think they care and would much rather do their own shows here. Even Bloc Party on Sunday but either way the Saturday is pretty terrible. Friday except for Biffy, ATDR, LTJ and Twin Atlantic and Sunday except for Pendulum, Rancid and FYS isn't much kop either, indeed IMO.

I reckon Frank Turner could probably headline NME by next year, in fact i think that's what he'll do. Gogol on main too.

I firmly thinks it's very realistic your top 6 next year may well consist of Blur, Pendulum, Biffy Clyro, QOTSA, Bloc Party and Mumford and Sons.

Bloc Party

Mumford & Sons

Biffy Clyro

QOTSA

Blur

Pendulum

I think that next year we will see more acts being pushed up further than predicted like this year. Also, Melvin Benn praised The Stone Roses reunion quite heavily in an interview recently, so if they are any good this summer I could see him maybe getting them next year, even if their last Reading show was an abortion.

Biffy Clyro

Pendulum

Weezer

Bring Me The Horizon

Sum 41

The Stone Roses

Mumford & Sons

Vampire Weekend

The Enemy

Miles Kane

Blur

Dizzee Rascal

Editors

White Lies

Young Guns

Something like this would do me quite nicely, but that's not how it works I'm afraid :L
