I'd have thought you would have listened to Warpaint and Blood Red Shoes new releases at least?

I'd never even listenned to Warpaint until after the new album came out. I then downloaded both their albums and listened to the first one a few times and really like it, but haven't listened to the new one yet.

When I get a new album I listen to it tonnes of times to get into it, so if several albums I wanna hear come out within a few weeks of each other then I'll probably only listen to one or two.

I'd just rather get the full potential out of an album by listening to it a lot, than listen to loads of albums once or twice and not give them time to grow on you. This is what stops me exploring loads of artists from the past who I want to explore; I'll spend a week on one album and I just don't have the time.

They do sometimes for my uni course in fairness, like I needed 8A*s at gcse to apply to Birmingham, but then I didn't get the AS grades I needed. Scenes.

I sat next to one of the knobhead stoner crew in geography in year 11, who all listened to proper shitty dance music, and for some reason I was talking to this guy about music, and it turned out he loves Radiohead, Editors, Tom Waits and Strange House-era Horrors. He then came to Leeds with us and had 10 shits on the Thursday after a breakfast of cold beans, berocca and weed.
