Sorta. The Amsterdam coffee shops are great for obvious reasons, but even in the rest of Europe they're better than the depressing, un-atmospheric, hell hole that is Starbucks or Costa. In cities like Paris, Prague or Rome they're just so chill and full of interesting things/people.
