I shouldn't get annoyed, but I find really annoying when people suggest their favourite bands to headline regardless of if they are big enough :') Gets on my nerves, it's kinda ignorant.

I remember seeing someone saying that Suede could headline glastonbury because they are a big fan and they have good songs :')

I think Paramore have a greater shove at headlining than 30 seconds to mars. But I can see them headlining in the future. Say they played next year, I reckon Paramore would be above them. Personally.

I think Paramore's new album will sell better than 30stm's. Paramore's two singles from it are much easier to listen to than the new 30stm song which is just garbage.

Paramore's new singles have pretty much bombed despite being more 'pop' than they previously were. Guess we'll see how both their albums do & then perhaps we'll have a better idea as to who's more likely to step up. I'd say they're on par at the moment to be fair.

I think we've agreed on a few things haven't we? I genuinely wasn't making a personal attack the other day, other than that silly word you seem like a decent anonymous online guy :P

Hmm probably :P It's cool, I realise I shouldn't have said it, it's just a regional thing I guess, nobody around here has a problem with it, but yeah, it's not the same everywhere of course :)

Does anyone think Daft Punk could do Reading next year?

They seem more likely for Bestival because of Rob Da Bank's love for them but seeing as the last time they toured they did Wireless and RockNess they might like the idea of having the dual site?

It'd probably be the booking of the year if R&L got Daft Punk, which is why it'll never happen :P

Daft punk won't play reading, not until every other festival that's been chasing them for years has had them.

Vampire weekend would sub at reading, third down is too low for them.
