QOTSA's new album is going to shit on the new Paramore and 30STM albums from a mighty great height. Therefore we'll end up with a Paramore/30STM co-headline to close the festival.

Im a bit confused people saying paramores new pop direction, its always been like that.

I just listened to their new song Now as research to this new pop direction, as I'd been previously going on what other people had said, and yeah; it's no different.

Some bands there too low for how big they are.

Naked and famous would be much much higher, two door cinema club would not be fourth, Vampire Weekend would sub.

Edit: Bear in mind that at this point last year no one had a clue who Jake Bugg was. A lot can change by 2014. There could easily be an act like Edward Sharpe having a massive surge in popularity.

I wouldn't call any of the black keys albums huge until el camino came around. They subbed, also vampire weekend are a big international act! I personally think they could easily sub.

Thinking about it, I really hope QOTSA headline 2014. Like Biffy this year, I think they'd absolutely nail it and deserve the chance. Really hope the new album's a big one for them. First play of the studio version of the new single tomorrow evening, let's see how it goes down.

QOTSA, Monkeys/Mumford, Metallica would work I think. Would much prefer Arctic Monkeys but think it'll be Mumford.

If not QOTSA then I hope it'll be a curveball such as Depeche Mode, rather than Paramore/30STM or something.
