DJL
http://www.whosjack.org/stevie-wonder-joins-bestival/ ... not as happy as i would have been for say daft punk but infinitely more so than placebo! What was he like at glasto? That is quite a coup. Even if we end up with florence it's not a bad set of headliners imo. Lack of dance headliner compensated by soulwax, justice, orbital and a great undercard. hawkzred
It's a chance for everyone to see a true legend. Maybe appropriate for Sunday's as I felt the crowd was just going through the motions at Glastonbury. Glad I was there now but at the time was desperate to get over to the Other Stage and watch Orbital.

eFestivals
the best laid plans of Bestival get screwed by people who can't read "EMBARGOED" in big red letters Anyway, they've recognised the reality and said efests can run the story - Stevie Wonder confirmed. Now, which numpties ^^^^ are pissed off about Stevie? He might not be your personal taste but you're not booking the line-up yourself, are you? There's no doubt that this is a a great booking for Bestival, and a it's a headliner who hasn't done the festival circuit to the point of boredom. Unless you start your own festival, what's to criticise?
Joe-
SO Happy with that! What a legend, I feel so lucky!
Poleski
I'd have prefered Placebo
smogo
I'm not criticising the booking, but it's an act that I personally won't bother watching... and with 20+ other stages running at the same time, it's not a problem.

brain yolk!
Same. Headlined Glastonbury and I have a lot of respect for what the guy has done in his career. Just not really my sort of thing. Plus I want to end a festival with a real big dance!
dingbat2
Is he mates with Orbital then?! When he played Glasto last time, Orbital were headlining the Other Stage! This year he will headline Besitval, and Orbital are headlining the second stage. Spooky!
mike46
It's offical. Bestival has the best line up of the summer! Stevie was quality at Glastonbury so I'm very happy with this!
