Sonisphere refund

Just been e mailed by AEGLive with order details and asking for bank details so they can refund tickets. Mine were purchased over 6 months ago so they can't credit the credit card apparently. Assume all correct!!

Hope Sonisphere sort their problems out ready for next year as I would go again (given the right bands) so good luck to them.

I assume they'll be refunding the booking fee as well, or is it just the face value cost?

It's normally the case that only the face value is refunded, tho I guess they may also refund the delivery charge as I doubt any tickets were sent out.

The booking fee doesn't get refunded because that's the agent's charge for covering the costs of booking (and refunding if necessary) - and the agents will have incurred those costs.

So it's reasonable enough that these aren't refunded, tho of course it's likely that the people who have incurred those charges won't think so. ;)

Most people have, AEG seem to be taking their time though. Give Sonisphere an e-mail at Sonispherefestivals@kililive.com and they'll pass along any complaints/queries and they'll get an update for you, they've been asking people to e-mail them on twitter and stuff to try and sort it out.

Thanks Kipper 64 have taken your advise and e mailed as still no refund on a pair of tickets

And yes..quite a few people I know bought early bird tickets after the fantastic 2011...unfortunately we thought it could only get better!
