she bangs the drums
Think Gallows headlining 4th just shows the strength of the line up myself. Might be able to catch them after all, apparently people are thinking they'll be on when Chase n Status are on

AcademicPistol
"@Maverick_AC: Ladies & gentlemen please welcome Lawnmower Deth, No Americana, Silent Descent, Six Hour Sundown, Skindred, The Union to Download 2012
Daneo
Over the moon with the Skindred addition, one of the most entertaining front men in the business. With Download mopping up the leftovers from the Sonisphere collapse, what do people think to the chances of Mastodon being added? They were planning to play 'The Hunter' in full at Knebworth, would love to see that added somewhere...

t8yman
I don't think there is space for Mastodon sadly, too big for the remaining spots I reckon.

Lithium05
On the plus side if anyone does drop out, there seems to be a wealth of potential replacements to draw on!
Daneo
Or just drop Steel Panther all together and stick them there!
jump
Steel Panther aren't bad live until they start playing, lots of jokes and they get the crowd in a good mood. I did enjoy that 1 song about Asian prostitutes tho.

gazza_20
worked it out i think that after tenacious d finish, there will still be half hour time to catch the rest of Skindred on 2nd stage then a fair bit of time to watch Biffy Clyro before Corey Taylor into Metallica, looks good to me Plus Fozzy, Halestorm, Lower Than Atlantis, Four Year Strong into Trivium - who I'm only seeing as m8s will. sunday looks like black spiders, shinedown, refused, soundgarden, black sabbath. probs anthrax too then i would like to see the prodigy, nightwish, some of soil, billy talent, nofx, any mixture of some of the quireboys, europe, and terrorvision, doubt i'd fit little angels in too. Chavmeisterdeluxe
If I could do a day of Fozzy-Halestorm-Black Veil Brides-Lower than Atlantis-Four Year Strong-Steel Panther-KIGH-Skindred-Biffy-You Me At Six then I'd be pretty happy. Bashed out some rough times and it looks do-able. Looks like I may be doing the whole weekend again now as some mates look interested. Chavmeisterdeluxe
Oh the new poster is up by the way. Refused are between Shinedown and DK Murphy's, I know that's who most people were waiting for.
luckysalt
Im not happy with Refused pushing Shinedown to clash with Lamb of God, thats a fucker. Refused will be rammed if they clash with Megadeth

Dan R
Also just notuced ffdp are no longer on the poster, would seem an odd mistake considering nothing else on the mainstage has changed. Any word on if theyve dropped out?

luckysalt
looking at timings from previous, it may be a refused/anthrax clash. shinedown look like more crossover with megadeth due to longer main stage sets i think
gazza_20
I don't know how on earth you worked this out Gaz, but Id suggest you have a look at the line up again cus you've got your acts mixed up I think, Anthrax and Refused play the same stage so they can't possibly clash! Chavmeisterdeluxe
I worked out some times based on last year with Metallica starting at 8.30, take out one slot leaving 10 minutes spare which I put on Steel Panther.
