I was searching through the forums for a list of house rules.

Specifically with regards to vendors.

We're going to be at several festivals this year and we were hoping to get the word out.

Is this allowed?

If you mean by 'vendor', that you're a trader that will have a stall at certain festivals, then I'm happy for you to post that you'll be at each specific festival in each respective forum or existing topic.

However, this is not permission to spam. Feel free to say about your stall, where it can be found at each festival, etc, - but this is not an opportunity to drive traffic to (if you have one) your website. If what you post is seen as a general advert, something more than informing festival goers that you'll be at a festival, then those posts will be deleted.
