Hey, does anyone have any news on the festival this year? Just things seem to be pretty quiet so far and I just wondered whether it was going ahead? Cheers

I'm sure I heard it was happening, but it is very quiet considering it's soon.

They don't normally release artists until quite late do they ? ...Then again they might not this year, might be to much hassle to put on this year considering its a month before the olympics.

Hope they do, saw white lies (with The naked and famous!) , manic street preachers and friendly fires last year, which is not bad for the cost of travel and ye beer!

As far as I know luck of the draw.....though I think XFM are giving away some this year to, so keep an eye out on there site/listen in.

Only want two so far this year Biffy and Jack White....applied to loads last year and went to 3!!

I've applied for a few. (Biffy, Jack White, Noel and Plan B ) Never been before.

I see it asked for a location, does it give more tickets to people near London?

If so I'm not getting any

Apparently it is just a random draw but you will not get any tickets if you apply for the same event more than once (with the same email address)

WEll thats a bugger, theres only 3 on that list I would want to see. 2 of them when im working(jack white nad biffy) and the other one is supporting noel gallagher(soundtrack of our lives, amazing) and I would rather grate my own nob than see him again.

Well me and the missus have applied for everything so far and all I keep getting is unfortunatly......... Etc

To be fair The Killers, Biffy Clyro and Muse are the 3 I would love! I shall hold out hope (not alot of it though)

Nil - I'm planning on going to go in the standby queue from 6am on the Sunday and I seriously doubt I'll even get in :/ last year, some of the dates didn't even get a standby queue so Itunes may not let anyone else other than ticket holders in fingers crossed though!
