Green Day UK tour?

There were people sitting on the slope with wristbands on? That's pretty unfair... The Golden Circle should be for those who actually want to be there, not just those who came first and nicked all the wristbands. At least you had a good view have you seen the live DVD of it? It's incredible

I was well disappointed with the wristband situation at the foos. There was Absolutely load of room in the golden circle. I didn't know about it till I was asked for a wristband when attempting to get in there. It could have said it on the tickets, get there early for golden circle wristbands.

Why cant they just work it on a one in one out basis? Ive been to shed load of big gigs and festivals and the barrier systems work wonders.

Why they cant employ this at mk is beyond me.

I think if they're going to have a wristband system at least give them to people going into the golden circle, rather just handing them to people at the entrance to the site. And the DVD is class but didn't come close to being there, after the two disappointing shows id seen by them before, they absolutely nailed it! Hope they come close again at Download this year!

I'm really tempted to go to Download on the Friday as well as the Saturday but The Prodigy clashing with Slash is a really difficult choice!

If I can watch both I am really really tempted! If it came to a choice though as great as The Prodigy are Slash would win for me.

I loved the MK Bowl at the Prodigy gig, but it is a bugger to get to and I hate you can only go into the 'golden circle' if you arrive early enough to get a wristband. But once the music starts it's brilliant!

I hope that you're right and that if it happens they play the Ricoh Arena. It would be nice to see some decent entertainment there for once

I hate arena tours. It means I have to pay the same amount I would pay for a (much better) stadium gig to go to the O2, a venue with no soul and a stupid underground station with one escalator. Bah humbug.

The O2 is fine venue, I've always found it easy to get out and bang on for getting the tube one stop east to home (I may be biased towards it , as its my nearest venue )

I've never been to the O2, but Muse are supposedly doing a warm up show there in October, so I'll experience it then. Is it much different to other arenas? Like atmosphere/sound wise?

Make sure you not in the seating otherwise you might get vertigo.
