Friday around 4pm seems to have worked in the past. Everyone should've arrived and had plenty of time to get settled and have a few refreshments.

Also, me and wee steve will be up for it. we're getting the bus up which won't arrive till after 1 so 6pm would be ideal for us probs!

What time does the music start? If the meet is when there's music on alot of people won't bother. Better having it before IMO.
