Baileybaileybailey
Hello, my name is Bailey and I'd love for you to come to our shindig 15th-17th June-~the Out The Box festival. We are located in Derbyshire, small and totally independent with an emphasis on unsigned talent, great value and eclecticism(our 7 stages are playing everything from acoustic folk, blues, punk, indie and spoken word through to minimalism, tech house, dub, dancehall, jungle, hardcore, acid Tekno and Gabber-plus lots more.) This festival will be our 4th year here. As I said previously I am a firm believer in good value for money. In my opinion the best times to be had at festivals are not watching millionaires from half a mile away whilst full cavity searches for smuggled booze are conducted. They are the times where you and your friends are in a horrible state dancing your nuts off. Why should this cost 100's of pounds? Our festival is just £20 for three days with camping if the tickets are bought in advance. You are entitled to bring your own personal beer which you can take around the grounds with you(Our restriction is 1 crate per person, no glass andthe only place you cannot take your own beer is the inside bar for licensing reasons). Try us-worst case scenario you are only £20 down on the deal. Our lienup this year is absolutely fantastic and features bands and dj's such as- CITV mashup crew, Dr. Colossus, Arse Full of Chips, 25 past the skank, Seas of Mirth, The Eviltones, Mobile Dogwash, OB-1, Earl Gateshead(Trojan Soundsystem Head selector and soon to be resident on the Space Ibiza chill out terrace), Age of Concern, Cheap Jazz, The Golden Troubadours plus over 100 more. We are having a whole host of workshops, graffiti artists spraying a 60ft wall, a queens face defacement contest and a tug of war. For those of you that are worried about missing the England game I am pleased to say that the sandy chill out beach area has had a huge screen and a satellite dish washed up on it so you can watch to your hearts content or just sod it and get down with us. We also have two bars selling a range of ales, lagers and ciders at pub prices(£3 or less typically). Did I also mention that we have a 4am bar license with music playing until 5? Or that there is a hidden arena? What are you waiting for?
