aprilshowers
hi guys im looking for a bit of advice. usually i drive to v and take all the stuff that i need and make endless journeys back to the car on the friday, however this year were getting dropped off. what is best for wheeling my stuff around ive got a backpack for clothes and such but my tent is mega heavy and we will have all the alcool to carry in one go this time too. there is 4 of us so could do with something big enough for a few crates that wont get stuck in the mud and wont instantly break! any suggestions welcome x
xxtinkerbellxx
We use this - http://www.diy.com/nav/fix/handtools-storage-workwear/tool-storage-workbenches/trollies/hand_trolley/B-and-Q-Hand-Trolley-HT2022-9686783 It's a great trolley, I've used it over 20 times now for festivals. It's never got stuck in the mud and very sturdy. We carry two tents on it, big food box, cool box, 2 - 3 crates. Just make sure you secure everything with bungee ties and gaffa tape. Hope that helps
oneeye
Try picking up a cheap pram/pushchair (with big chunky wheels) on ebay; I used mine last year at a v muddy glasto to carry shed loads with no probs. Cost me just over a fiver; the woman I bought it off was gutted when I told her what i wanted it for!

bbodiene
If you are piling odds and sodds on your trolley then wrapping cling film around the trolley and items is great to secure everything together and better than the bungee cords if there are smaller items that will drive you INSANE falling off the trolley every 5 mins (tho its a good way to make friends 'oy!! your wellies have fallen off ur trolley luv' etc etc x Just remember to take the whole role so you can secure again to take home.
