i think they think we invented festivals and music altogether, and it's always good to cram out the english accent when a few birds are around, seriously, its as if they have this english-accent-button which just needs clicking and their knees go all weak

I'm so excited... I'll be there late on Tuesday night, ready to get on the drinks and new friend hunt on Wednesday morning! Wednesday and Thursday are pretty much going to be days of drinking with Germans and as many of you as I can find in B5!

Then I'm gonna get absolutely wasted. Hoping to make some new friends too. Beards, im using my smartphone as my camera but battery won't last all week. Are there places to charge up, or lockers you can buy like Download?

I got a portable battery pack from Clas Ohlson for like £8.

Uses 4 AA batteries and charges by iphone upto about 70%. Not bad.

Can't wait now. Got my stuff all packed, just washing last of my clothes!!

Not getting there til Thursday at 5 so will have to stick with A5 I think.

How long's the walk from campsites to arena? Average.

Not sure where A5 is but the campsites tend to be quite close to the arena, B5 is probably about 10-15 minutes walk or something. Not too bad!

I'm coming with Whileshesleeps. After much persuading of his lazy ass we're gona walk to B5 and try our luck.

If you guys could get an England flag and get it on a tent pole so we could easily locate each other or something would be cool.

Also where exactly is this pub @beards? Looks pretty good.

Mr Ginge (whileshesleeps) said he had one of you guy's number so hopefully get together anyway!

On that link, the pub is marked as Eifeldorf at the top of road L94. To show how close it is to the arena, the entrance to the arena is marked as Haupteingang. Too excited, I just want to get there now! You might see me walking around in lederhosen.

Been to Lidl in Frankfurt. Was curious to see how cheap the beer was. A plastic bottle of 0.5 Tuborg was 49 cent. Others were even cheaper. Good god I'm gonna be wrecked
