I would be very suprised if NIN go from subbing pukkelpop(which is a smaller fest) to headlining werchter.

Do you think Werchter will get an even better lineup for it's anniversary - baring in mind they often get 2 headliner sized bands in the same night e.g. Editors and Depeche Mode, Blur and Kings of Leon this year?

Would really like QOTSA, Black Sabbath and The Black Keys next year.

I reckon they may be able to pull something out. Looking at the 2012 lineup, it was pretty strong too.

I may consider it if no glasto tickets next year.

It's their 40th year which I read on their website, so wondering if they'll pull out something extra special or are their lineups already strong enough.

Werchter let Arctic Monkeys (album not out yet) and QOTSA (not available during this years edition) slip this year so they could headline next year, so you can write those two down for next year, 100% sure.

Sabbath not coming, they still have to make up for cancelling Graspop last year, and Graspop takes place one-two weeks before Werchter.

My guess, based on the popularity of the bands here in Belgium:

Placebo - Arctic Monkeys - dance act

NIN - QOTSA ( - dance act)

Radiohead (or Arcade Fire - dance act)

Metallica

I'd touch it. I'd touch it a lot. Stick both Arcade Fire and Radiohead on that Saturday night and it would be brilliant overall. Only act there I wouldn't be fussed about is Placebo, and that's only because I'm not really familiar with them.

Unfortunately, I doubt Radiohead will have an album out and be touring by next Summer.

Why should the Killers headline now? They subbed to Coldplay in 2009 and haven't really done anything since then.

I'd say Killers instead of xx(they were awful last year IMO) and a quality headliner before Prodigy...
