LEOH35
Decathlon is in Castellon not Benicassim if I'm not mistaken. Castellon isn't far though, We're staying in a hotel there, Sure it's only 10 or 15 minutes in a cab

Lovethatsht
Either way it's Miles cheaper than 'rent a tent'
LEOH35
60 for a 4 man (realistically only going to have 3 people in it) tent for 8 days? i doubt its cheaper then rent a tent?
LEOH35
Its 20 euros for a 2/3 man
STEatT
Just started to look into tents. Obviously with a British festival i've been fussy in the past, opting for double skinned pop up tents for the weather. At Beni there isn't going to be rain so will a single skin tent still be fine? Will the tents heat inside be affected if the tents single or double? Also any ideal colour? Tempted to go with this, only 1.2kg ideal for the suitcase! http://www.outdoorworld.co.uk/gelert-monodome-2-tent Or this... http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_910581_langId_-1_categoryId_236902#tab2 Thoughts? cbrown123
Just get a shitty little tent. you're barely in it
tomainley
Realistically you don't need a tent to sleep. Get a lilo, sleep on the beach and have one tent for bags etc. One for actually using. 40 euros as opposed to the 120 mentioned earlier for rent a tent. lauralol
We slept in our tent quite a lot, purely because there were massive ants outside where we were. But it wasn't that bad especially since we were in the shade, so a shitty little tent big enough for a couple of lilos and all your stuff is fine. Habylab
Latitude's new bastard sister festival Longitude has already nicked Foals and Phoenix, from what could have been at Beni.. lets see the damage Latitude makes
KrisMalta
I already bought the tickets. Come what, come may, I'll be there come Summer It's the countdown to the actual festival which is tedious haha
ThornyITFC
I'm pretty sure there will be an announcement on acts this week. I spoke to a woman on twitter who does the PR for the festival in Ireland and she confirmed it to me. Not sure what day though or whether it will be a headliner or just some more acts. dp313
The official twitter has confirmed they are hoping to release a chunk of acts in the coming days including the remaining headliner.
Habylab
I just have no idea who to expect. Really don't. I want some kind of good old band, but am clueless.
dp313
To be honest I have absolutely no concerns about the line-up. Every year there are shocks, yelps of disappointment, hoorays of happiness etc etc but the line-up is pretty consistent every year, and realistically the music makes up only a small part of why this festival is so god, im only eager for names to give us something to chat about down the pub!!! who ever is announced it will be an amazing week or so yet again!!! bring it on
Chief Scout
Saw the strypes on saturday night in liverpool, no words can describe how good they were, probably the best ive ever seen. seems strange saying that about a band made up of 15/16 year olds, but they blew me away. conorg1993
are kasabian still the front running rumour for 4th headliner? or is the possibility of blur/the strokes too much to ask for?

conorg1993
I think the 'guesswork' seems to suggest Kasabian, or maybe a more legend type act, though I think most of us are purely finger in the air at who may be likely, who isnt already playing at rival festivals and has a free slot over the time the festival is on.
