I bought two tickets for the festival, early. But I can't go:(

This isn't true at all, the headliners would of been booked WAY in advance. It would just be probably sorting into days ready for day tickets to be bought, which is fair enough. As this is the last major announcement, they will put them in days most probably.

Here's hoping for Peace and Tribes, based on who is available!

You may be right about the reason but I personally doubt it,

Each festival is run differently and to say Headliners are all booked WAY in advanced is incorrect, negotiations can be a lengthy process, and while the fourth headliner may already be decided its not a written rule they are decided ages before...

I suspect there is lots going on behind closed doors - they gain nothing by intentionally delaying the announcements as some people seem to think they do

Festival republic wasnt placed in or is still in adminstration though was it. this years beni was obviously in huge doubt, theyre not going to have had agreed 7 months back the headliners, securing the future would have been their main priority and look like it still is. the company still owe 4.6 mill on hop farm which music festival company also own, the fact we have got a festival this year is a major plus. there is obviously something delaying the announcement, could be theyre waiting until the prices go up end of the month or it could be the fact they havent got anyone to agree to play, cant imagine beni having the biggest budget this year and looking at the acts touring fests this year, there isnt that many to choose from.

p.s Kasabian were unreal last night in donny, how anyone can criticise them is beyond me

I agree with you in that they haven't intentionally delayed it, but that is about it. Reading for example is booked 7 months at least in advance, I interviewed the head of Festival Republic, and this is what he said. Unless Benicassim are amateur, they would have booked by now.

Is it hard to get on the trains on Monday morning? If we booked our flights for 4 in the afternoon from Barcelona, the train would be at 11. Is this cutting it a bit fine? Is there a queuing system or if we booked our tickets for that train would we be guarenteed a place on it?? Cheers

Primal Scream and Little Green Cars are really good additions. Bastille are really lame but all my friends will probably want to go see them so i'm not too happy about them playing.
