The line-up is 90% complete, last year there were only 2 stages instead of 3 on thursday and with all the budget issues this year it's probably they're doing again so there's definitely no room for 25 bands, maybe some nice bands and a lot of spanish djs for the smallest stage but forget the idea of 20-25 bands like Foals/Beach House. And yes, in 2011 they were trying to get another headliner and suddenly we got The Streets on thursday. But hey, you can keep trusting in Tom Lumley, a guy who said Kasabian were headlining, the BBC confirmed The Strokes etc...

Strokes would be my choice and would turn this from an average line-up to a very good year!!!

Someone asked FIB on Twitter if they'd confirmed Strokes and they said 'no, just rumours.' So d'ya reckon they're denying booking The Strokes or denying confirming that they've booked them? Hope it's the latter but dunno if that's just wishful thinking if Strokes are final headliner I might cry with happiness.

I doubt it and you can convince yourself that it will be most bands because of x y and z but it would be an unexpected delight to say the least!!!!!

In normal terms, The Strokes would be an awful booking. They only played two years ago. I'd love to see them even if they have an awful reputation currently, but I think FIB need to be careful about too many repeat bookings.

I don't think they really care about repeat bookings. I'd wager that the percentage of people at the fest who have been for 2 or 3 years on the trot is very low.

It seems more of a end of exams, holiday before we go to Uni, kinda thing- even more so than Reading & Leeds.

But I'm pretty happy with the lineup so far, and the thought of having a day down the beach with cocktails and beers sounds as sweet as it can get and festivals, well, you can't be them so if any more bands I like get announced I think thats just a bonus

The Prodigy would be a dream final headliner. Already playing Rock AM Ring, Pukkelpop, Creamfields and Instanbul Calling. They're also headlining Balaton Sound in Hungary from July 11th - 14th. Could be a possibility? They would be immense, and would offer a bit of diversity from the other three headliners.

My fault if you understood the BBC confirmed The Strokes, I meant Tom Lumley said that the BBC did, and that's not true.Also I'm pretty sure fiberfib ruled them out on Twitter saying 'they are not touring' or sth like that. Maybe next year. I'd also rule out any big band playing Primavera/BBK except Blur although they're too expensive and maybe this year don't fit very well.

Watching the Coachella livestreaming has made me excited for Benny Benassi, looks like it will be good fun!
