There are 4 main stage acts already confirmed and they are looking at adding around another 6-8 in total to the main stages slots. Negotiations have been difficult as noticeable but this was due to many issues encountered causing delays. No idea who headliner is yet as no deal has been agreed, will not be The Rolling Stones.
