The Spanish in general don't do cider do they? A mate of mine isn't really fond of spirits or lager. I'm partial to a cider or two myself but for him it's a bit more important for him. Any ideas, Cider in the local supermarkets or at FIB?

So excited however I'm meant to be going with 1 friend who I'm starting to fear will let me down...so the worst case scenario is me going alone! Has anyone any experience of doing this? How did you find it? Is it generally easy to find a group to take you in haha? I don't want to end up missing out but at the same time I don't want to go out there and have a rubbish time on my lonesome! Any advice/info much appreciated

I'v always found Benicassim to be extremely friendly - everybody is in no stress holiday mode, you can happily stroll around chatting to folk!!! What dates are you going? like when do you land, what airport etc

This is my first time so a little nervous but this is good to hear!

We've planned to stay in Barcelona for 3 nights from the Sunday and go to the festival on the Wednesday, flying from Newcastle. If I end up going alone I might just stay the one night and head down on the Monday. We were thinking about getting Villacamp tickets but if I do end up going alone it might be best to not bother with that?

A friend and I are in Barcelona from the Saturday night then getting the train down to Benicassim on the Tuesday afternoon. I did the same last year on my own as my friend couldn't join me until Benicassim and still had a great few days exploring Barcelona on my own. Whether your friend joins you or not you are more than welcome to hang around with us in Barcelona.

Hey, is someone able to post a photo of their benicassim ticket? (Even if it's far enough away so that you can't read the details on it) I just want to make sure I've printed the right thing! Definitely don't want to turn up without the ticket =/. Thanks in advance

That sounds good, I definitely want to have a little explore and be a tourist for a few days! Thanks that's really kind, we're stopping at Barcelona Central Gardens, it looks decent and in a good location but I've never been.

We are staying by the Para-Lell tube station and so far I think our plans are the Electrik Picnic on the sunday evening... a walk around Parc Guell on the Monday and the beach etc then night out here http://nastymondays.com/ that boasts to be a huge indie club night.. more than welcome to join us for as much of that as you want, or anyone else for that matter! sorry if this has been asked before, but with the lockers- is it pay for the whole week and keep the same locker, or is it pay per day? was lucky enough to know people staying in a hotel last year so just left everything important with them, but don't have that privilege this year, and i'm completely shitting it i'm gonna lose my passport because i'm painfully useless at not losing things...

less than a month to go now- stupidly excited! without a shadow of a doubt one of the best weeks of my life last year

My drink of choice is cider too, don't remember seeing any in supermarkets but they did sell ice cold cans of Rekorderlig fruity and apple cider at the beach bar, can't remember how much though

Be careful with Nasty Mondays, it's usually full of people and must wait a lot to enter if you're not early. Usually at 1 the room is full. I reccomend you to pay for advance tickets, so you can enter whenever you want on don't have to wait. Previously it was mainly rock music, now it's turning more into indie.
