Ceilidh tent got binned a couple of years ago. I'm glad I went in then as I never had before that. It was only because of the torrential blondie rain but I ended up getting stoned and having a proper hoot. Ceilidh dancing isn't pop and therefore it had to go.

I think in terms of strength, T has the second strongest lineup i've seen this year... I reckon it goes...

6. Wireless

7. V festival.

8. Isle Of wight.

Isle of wight this year is the weakest lineup i've ever seen! Bon Jovi must of asked for shitloads of money!

The problem with opinions is like arseholes, everyone has one, and thinks everyone else's are stinking.....

I think reading and leeds is a better line up than T.....

Glastonbury is not much better, but I have seen the stones so they don't hold a fascination for me. Glastonbury just has more mediocrity so there is more chance of seeing who you want....

Great festival, but the lineup isn't really packing

It's probably in the top 3 best festivals in the UK for me (just of all the things to do) but lineup wise it's never very strong.

Download is by far the strongest for me this year, the rest are all pretty poor r/l and iow have gd headliners and couple high up bands, latitude, bestival and titp have a gd set of low down acts and glasto have a few decent acts dotted around everywhere, but really nothing comes close to dl for me

R&L easily the strongest this year for me. The rest are quite mediocre this year.... if T had a few more biggish rock bands it would be up there but I believe it's lost that factor as well as classic bands unfortunately.

i'd argue that T has one of the strongest lineups across the board this year

as much as its not all my cup of T , they have the best names in most genres there and i reckon i would be kept busy if i was going this year.

the only crime T has comitted is keeping up with the times. in the glory years of T, rock was that days 'pop'. hence why the lineups have changed so much

Utter bollox. 2 years ago it had sold out 40 mins after the Feb release. Why? Have a look at teh line up. They've obviously decided that lower price poppy line ups with lesser audiences are more profitable. The music world has not changed at all in the last 2 years, T's model has. I'd like to say that they've fucked it and I'm never going back but I will if they put on a decent enough line up in the future but they've lost their instant early bird cash advance like they used to get.
