I think its massively clutching at straws to expect anyone half-decent to be announced now. The tone of the bookings has been well and truly set, and other acts may be looking at who else is on the lineup before deciding whether to come here.

I'd look at it from the perspective of say 2007, I remember Arctic Monkeys/Killers/Snow Patrol all getting either shot down or getting a mixed reaction at the time (too soon for them to headline! they only have two albums! they arent big enough! etc) but overall it was a fairly solid card from what I do remember, that and it being muddy.

In terms of record sales I'd say they are, both of their albums have shifted a monumental number of copies both in the UK and the USA (and many other countries).

Well in latest T post they say they are going to have over 200 acts so maybe a stronger undercard and on note of paramour they are releasing their new album in April so I'm thinking they might be there

Fair enough, but there's more to it than just record sales. What are we suggesting they are then? Top 10? 25? Where do you stop considering someone as one of the "biggest in the world"
