Mainly 17-25.and the vast majority of the younger ones could not care less about radiohead et al. Just look at the club scene in glasgow. There are virtually no popular alternative music nights.

i so, people are calling them at sub for glasto on stones day on main. i saw them at download in a light enough i'd say setting and they smashed it.

if u can sub glasto, u can sub friday t, i wouldn't say sat or sunday but the cheaper friday.

Like you, I enjoy going to T. The location is perfect for me as well. However, I'll only go if the lineup is good. And the last couple of years haven't imo.

Whilst there will always be the arguments about how it is appealing to the masses (which is fair enough), the amount of negative reaction to the past couple of lineups must surely mean something? There has never been as bad a reaction in past years as far as I'm aware.

I'm not saying your wrong or anything, but if Biffy(a rock band) can headline the NME on the same night as Rihanna then why the hell couldn't a different rock band do it such as The Black Keys who many have mentioned?

We are going round in circles with arguments about T's demographic here.

I think the claims the majority of people attending T are sub 25 is a joke from the 12+ years I've been going. Mind you this lineup is clearly targeted at that age range, which in my opinion puts the organisers out of touch.

Noone is saying T was ever an out and out Rock Festival like Download, but it was always largely indie and dance. It was never a T4 style pop fest until T2012.

I browsed a bit but not a lot. I was meaning to include last year as well with the hefty negative reaction point. The year before generally had a pretty positive reaction though I'm sure. Very good lineup overall.

People will always moan, yes. But there's definitely been an increased number of punters who have been very disappointed with this announcement and last year's lineup.
