Will i get in?

Hi,my friend and i have got day tickets for the Saturday, i'm 16 and he's 15. Will we have any problems getting in? According to the terms and conditions if you are under 16 you have to be accompanied by an adult. Do you think they will care? Will they ask for proof of age when we enter? We will be gutted if we get turned away after spending alot of money on the tickets.

Also, will they check us if we carry alcohol in a rucksack with us? I don't really look old enough to get away with it so will they take it of us or will they just turn a blind eye? Are you even allowed to take alcohol in if you are just going for the day?

yes you will get in and if you do get stopped which you won't just say that your mum and dad already in

You'll get in but alcohol in a rucksack you will probably get it taken away -especially as a day ticket holder because you can't stash it in your tent. Make up a couple of water bottles full of archers or vodka and buy mixers in there (coke, lemonade etc). The key to it though is to make the bottles look unopened as you're allowed up to 1litre upopened but we tend to use coke or water bottles (500ml).

I think the website this year says 500ml bottles we have taken 1 litre before and thats why i noticed the 500ml, dont know if it has said that every year and its just my first time noticing tho!!!!
