Roachie
Im not 100% on ID policy at the gate, never been to creamfields before but been Leeds twice and T in the Park once and didnt get ID'd, suppose its luck, you'd be lucky to get served at any of the bars without ID though. And yes there will be loads of partying going on after live music finishes, there'll be a few music tents open and silent disco till late, and there will be loads kicking off in the campsite, guarenteed to find a few wreckheads to party with
coolhull
Hi I.d is a bit hit and miss really. Last year they had these stewards with bands where they would check your I.d and then give ya a blue band which was good as it saved people getting hassled at the bag and ticket check. Im a 25 year old guy and i take i.d. Every year as i dont fancy risking it. I would hate to ever get to the gate and they ask for i.d. and i don't have any. In regards to any other info just reqd through the topics or start a topic there are a good regular bunch of creamfielders who can help ya out!! coolhull
@Sjbee The partying never stops! The campsites are wild on a night time which is great apart from when you decide you fancy getting some sleep! I would recommend some ear plugs! madferret7
In regards to your ID: don't risk it, it's just not worth the suspense and fretting about getting in. Luckily we didn't get asked last year and didn't see many of the challenge 21 guys but they may have been more focused on the campers that arrive Friday/Saturday. If you are completely screwed for ID, get an urgent Citizenship card. They're £30 and can be back with you in 2 working days. Go to the website put in your details in on the form that says you have no other ID. Get 2 passport photos done & get someone at your bank branch to fill it in and sign one photo (you can get a solicitor, doctor etc but the list is greatly reduced if you are going down the no other ID route) I have one so I don't lose my passport especially now the photo page isn't laminated - get that wet and your screwed!!! I have checked with creamfields and they accept them due to the PASS accredited logo. It's on their website if the doormen are being funny, it's on their website too but no one I know has had any problems. Other PASS cards take 5-10 working days so this is the fastest way. Send it to them next day special delivery to make sure they can process your application ASAP. Hope this helps!
Delboy71
I would just take your passport so you can get the right wristband to get served at the bars and hire a locker to keep it (and any other valuables your group may have) safe. If you don't fancy doing that, madferret's idea sounds the way to go.
