Travel Advice

Hi All

Just after a bit of travel advice, this is my fourth year at V, but the first time driving. We are travelling from Kendal in Cumbria so it normally would take about three hours(ish) to get there excluding traffic over the past few years we've managed to set off at about 5am and be there before lunch time with the exeption 2010. At the very last minute i've had a change of work hours and am now not going to be able to set of till after 5pm so it will be towards 8:00pm by the time we arrive does anyone have any idea what is queing like at this time and how long i'm likely going to be waiting to get into Weston.

ps. i have got some friends down taking our tents earlier so we should still hopefully be able to get a decent camping spot, hopefully.........

Should be a lot quieter by 8pm I would have thought. Certainly more so than they morning, which was mayhem when I came from Cumbria last year.

Left Lichfield at 3pm on Friday and drove straight in. Was two cars away from getting into the East Car Parks where we wanted to be, but got stuck in South 2 instead. The walk from there to the back end of Blue is an absolute killer.
