No mate just a little family holuday in yorkshire, the wife would rather die than go to a music festival bless her.

My sister lost her husband earlier this year so was being a good samaritan and treating her and her triplets to a holiday...im a good man me lol.

if its anything like last year they released the initial line up announcement (about 24 bands including headliners) the same day as tickets went on general release, feb 23rd. The tickets took about 3 months to sell out so you'll have plenty of time to see whos playing before you decide, if you want the comfort of a campervan or emperors field ticket i would suggest buying them on ticket release morning though. You can always buy the emperors tickets or campervan tickets seperate to the festival ticket and sell them on if you change your mind !

Hopefully they'll do the same pre sale offer as last year which went on sale on 11th november in time for xmas.

Even if the line ups shat at the festival it'll still sell out as theres really very little else like this to do in the area other than throw rubbish and bottles over lakelands woodyard wall to annoy him, but even that gets boring after a while ! Its the highlight of the teens who live within about 40 miles social calander !

yeah there was a deposit scheme, the early bird offer had to be bought in full in november but you got your tickets in a xmas card mid december, the deposit scheme went active for the feb 23rd release day.

Hope the 'Woodland Stage' is back next year...had some good times there. Just wish they'd always had an indie channel on the headphones for the silent disco...Friday was phenomenal, the Saturday had this dance crap on both channels that was awful...
