AiiShotTheDJ
Not at Hylands but we had the same at Weston. Came out of the crowd and saw a huge ring of people then saw a man punch a woman square in the jaw. Definately my last V fest - it was akin to a riot this year. markqpr2000
Never saw a thing and I was left of stage. I thought that it was a lot friendlier this year than most.
adrianro
Yep definitely happended alright.. Was at the back of the left stage just at the top of the hill.. Never seen anything like it.. I guess being in the wrong place at the wrong time which leaves sour moments of your weekend, my friend even had his hat stolen by two girls when asked for it back, he was approached by 3 men asking for £40 if he wanted it back, obviously my friend walked away. Andy0808 v3.0
I've seen a few stories like this on this site, and i really can't but think there has got to be exaggeration behind them, i'm not denying that the demographic has changed since i started going (only 6 years ago) but i've never seen anything aggressive or anything i've seen and thought 'that is too much', most of the people who annoy me in attendance are the 14-16 year olds with the orange bacardi breezers who think they are 'the boys' but other than that i still enjoy the festival as much as i did when i was a 16 year old drinking the breezers.
