I know this doesn't mean much given it's Kerrang but the reviews they've given seem to be worse then usual this year. Not to mention leaving out a lot of the bands. What do you think?

I WAS at mastadon. I'd say kk was pretty deserved. It was all too alike. There didn't seem to be any variation in their set. I'm not a big fan but went in with an open mind. Also they werent very tight live for a metal band.

Edit - they kept letting the drummer sing a few songs too and he had really poor vocals.

I bought it for the posters, and whilst they look very nice on my wall, a magazine which gives 1/5 for At The Drive-In's performance is unforgivable.

2/5 for Mastodon was harsh, but I don't think they deserved more than 3. Good music, but it wasn't spectacular. Complaining that England just stinks of piss didn't help them.
