How about Empire of the Sun? They're touring this year, recording a new album & Littlemore is a friend of Elton's after the Pnau collaboration, so it makes sense?

Since RDB is going Hip Hop heavy this year any of the following would be appreciated: Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, Odd Future, Nas, Lauryn Hill & perhaps a little more outside the box; Lil Kim, it's been ages since she came to the UK.

Frank Ocean would be awesome, but given his success over the past year I assume his fee will have gone up tenfold & a lot of festivals will be after him.
