Go to Customer Service and enter the reference number of the ticket you want to cancel.  They'll email you a link to it. Follow the link and at the bottom there's a 'contact us' button where you can choose 'refund' from a drop down menu.  I requested a refund yesterday afternoon; haven't heard back yet but I don't know how long it usually takes 

Sky news have a story on glastonbury rumours coming up shortly. Will report back with any info, probably just be what we have already heard from the scum but who knows..

How do you go about cancelling by the way?

Makes sense - though I have never heard of them and interweb searches on that name are not really very helpful unless you like marching bands  from the USA .   Anyone got any links to their sites?
