After another session on Hotline Miami I'm now up to chapter 14 (last one?) and the stealth chapter was bullshit, it's the only time I have thought "I'm not enjoying this" while playing it, but then the chapter after just went back to being awesome again. Just wish that stealth chapter didn't exist.

Yeah im not a stealth fan at all, it was ok though as its not very long. But is easily the worse level.

Theme Hospital is currently "On The House" on Origin!!!! I didn't realise they had managed to get a proper port to windows, and there is even a HD mod out for it, Corsix-th which really just makes it a bit smoother and ready for using with higher resolutions.

All the same, it was one of my favourite games as kid, that and Theme Park! Killed an hour playing the first two levels last night.

Nabbed this on PS3 last year when it was free, played it for about 3 hours but I haven't gone back to it.

SNES Them Park was one of my faves. Could spend days on that.

Playing the remaster of Ducktales. It's okay but it's driving me mad how often Scrooge stops to have a seriously unfunny little chat with one of his pals.

Its lost its charm, I found myself I was forcing myself to continue playing rather than I wanted to, so I stopped.

Its just boring these days and the cut scenes tacked on are awful, Maybe its great for 6-8 year old kids tho.

I'm experiencing weird things with the Playstation store.

I bought Olliolli via said store through my Vita via the digital discounts tab for a couple of quid. The next day I went to the store and it was telling me that the game price is now free. None of my other purchases change price after being bought, so maybe it is now free for everyone? Can someone check?

This made me curious, so I logged onto PS store via my PC. The same Digital Discounts tab has stuff that doesn't show when you log on through the Vita. Picked up Urban Style Freestyle (crossbuy) for a couple of quid, rather than the almost six quid they want to charge me for the same game if I log in via the Vita (not crossbuy either).

Sony can be such a joke sometimes

Both games are stupidly "one more go" ish. Definitely worth a couple of quid each.

The chapter in the hospital? Yeah that one was annoying. There are a couple of bonus chapters after you've finished the main story where you get to play as a different character.

That's the one, so annoying. Finished the main story and the bonus chapters, safe to say I'll be getting the sequel once it's released, a fantastic little game.

In other news I got GTAV (PS4) off a mate for £20 as he didn't want it, so going through that again for the second time (first time on next gen). It just doesn't get boring, I never played the online first time round so can't wait to give that a go now Heists are round the corner.

In bad news, I'm moving out fairly soon so haven't got a lot of money, just as the Resi 1 HD remake, Grim Fandango Remastered, Dying Light, The Order and Battlefield are being released. My backlog of games to play/purchase is just getting bigger, and will only get bigger.

Some of the Lego games were on sale on Steam over the weekend, picked up Marvel Super Heroes and both the Harry Potter ones for just under a tenner!

Have to say Marvel Super Heroes is just fantastic, ok there never particulary challenging (just annoying sometimes, working out what it wants you to do) but the story is tons of fun!

Just started playing Twilight Princess on Wii. I've been meaning to play some LOZ as it's a series that has totally passed me by.

Got a complaint right off the bat. This game was made in 2006 and it doesn't feature a voice cast! I've got to sit and read text boxes all the way through!?!

For those interested i now have 5 consoles hooked up in my room. PS4, PS3, Wii, N64 and my Megadrive. Gone a little video game mad, thinking of getting my PS2 down from the loft too!

Twilight Princess is amazing. I got it for Christmas in 2006 and completed it in February half term, having played over 100 hours. Don't think I've invested so many hours into a game in such a short space of time on any other occasion.

Edit: Which reminds me I really need to play Skyward Sword. Got it for Christmas a couple of years ago but stopped playing at the first dungeon. Just went back to my PS3 I think.

Reckon I'll play it once I'm don't with The Last of Us, which I completed the other day. What a fucking brilliant experience that was. The whole David/Ellie scenario creeped me out a little bit, especially watching it all unfold with my dad next to me. Kind of awkward. Gotta play the Left Behind expansion now (although I accidentally read what happens in it online, pretty annoying), and maybe platinum it and play some online if I find my life to be particularly boring and empty in the coming weeks.

Backlog is building up too quickly now that I have PS+. Couple of decent looking games this month. Can't even bring myself to start playing the RPG's in the house that I haven't been on yet (Skyrim + all 3 Dragon Ages sat there tempting me).

Been on a Football Manager binge recently and on a FIFA binge at the moment, so not getting through anything.

Nah, there's no voice acting but it's probably the best Zelda game in terms of narrative/story telling.

Each to their own and all that rubbish but alot of people have critism at SS for being too linear and too much hand holding which is why A Link Between Worlds and the new one coming out are taking the opposite approach. I see greatness in SS but it depends on if you can stick with it where as TP was more playable.

I always thought No Mercy was the best wrestling game on the N64 and I struggled with Goldeneye the last time I played it, FPS have advanced so much since then.

You should try Jet Force Gemini, Conkers Bad Fur Day and the 2 Zelda as they hold up pretty well for me.

Don't get me wrong SS is a great game but there's alot of flaws with it, generally Zelda is too much of a critic's darling for it to not get the top best game ever spots.

I think goldeneye has aged terribly. I remember loving it when it first came out but I picked up a n64 about 3 years ago and it felt like the worst game of the lot. All the other classics remained great though.

Well the classic platformers are still great. The party games remain ace despite new versions being out. It's understandable, but the other main n64 titles hold up.
