Pulp would absolutely smash it and should definitely considered viable. The lads would give it their all.
Though the question remains if Pulp was already booked or not…..
Would you rather Pulp stayed where they’re at (whether that be a sub, secret set or whatever placement) and we get another headliner booked (whether that be Muse or whoever)?
or
Would you rather Pulp gets bumped to headliner and someone then replaced them in their original theoretical slot / it just gets another bump or vanishes?
For me I guess it depends on who the “new” headliner booking would be, would love them to be bumped to Headliner and think they’d knock it out of the park. But to get them else where and then another headliner would be great.
Regarding Muse, said it before but it would be uninspiring. And I love Muse. Seen them headline, and seen their stadium/arena shows a handful of times. I’d absolutely be down in the pit loving it but I’m more than open to others instead.
Just a guess but I think they will repeat the successful format of last year and have an early show in Razzmatazz on Wednesday (allowing Razz to be open for a later gig) probably coinciding with when Hinds are playing in the Forum.
Could be a good platform for Wet Leg to promote their new album...
I went in 95 but missed Pulp for some reason....so would be nice to finally get to see them at Glastonbury, unless I manage to miss them for some reason.
