grumpyhack
Far http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVOvEl18Dmw Slade - one of the great under-rated UK groups. They wrote songs that lyrically were as good as some of The Beatles' efforts and were superb live. Shame Noddy quit touring. Now that would be an oldies band worth getting for Glasto if they could be prepared to do one more time. grumpyhack
Goodnight I love this. One of the best songs to capture the feel and fears of soldiers serving in Vietnam. But how the world has changed. A few months ago I bought a pair of red Clarks desert boots. Clarks, that old established British shoe firm just down the road from Glastonbury, and where were they made? - Vietnam! Billy Joel has produced some cheesy mindless shite over the years (particularly the 80's), but when he really puts his heart into his writing, he can produce absolute magic! I'd love to see him at Glastonbury. Anyway, moving on... Elisabeth. http://youtu.be/24AZymbXGfM

mr gumby
Fish. an epic prog masterpiece, recorded back in the days when the Hammersmith Odeon was still called the Hammersmith Odeon! Love the bit of amateur dramatics during the closing guitar solo!
