very very tempted

i have looked through some previous edition forum topics and google and couldnt find info on this question

does anyone know if you can get back to Hamburg after the bands finish?

atm the last train back is midnight .... if they have more trains during festival time then i would definetly think about getting a ticket as i cant be bothered with camping anymore and will pay alot more for a hotel

cheers

Surprised Arctic Monkeys are headlining, as they were only subbing in 2011.

Pretty decent announcement again, but there's isn't really much there to tempt me over again yet.

Really nice festival though, hope to go again soon.

Does anyone know the best plan of action to get to the festival from Bremen airport? I've read that you can get a tram into the centre of Bremen and then a train to Scheeßel. Is this tram easy to find and cheap? Also does anyone know if you can buy train tickets online and pick them up, or do you have to do it at the station?. cheers.

Going to echo many of the unanswered questions in this thread. Me and a few of my friends from the UK are thinking about attending but have no idea how we are going to get there and are not sure how much easy it will be seeing as we barely know any German. Anyone know how easy it is to get there from Bremen?

It's quite easy to get to the festival from Bremen, you can catch a train to Scheeßel station, which If I remeber correctly the journey takes only about 30mins.

Then you can walk from the station to the festival site.

Yes if I rember correctly the walk to the festival site is about 1-2 km.

Usually there will be local youngsters with trolleys near the station they can carry your camping gear to the festival site for a small fee.
