Problem with password in iphone app

Have downloaded the efests app on my iphone, but can't get it to accept my password that I use on my normal account that I have on my pc and ipad.

I have tried using both my email address and username (though not at the same time obviously), followed by my password but it keeps getting rejected.

Have reset my password, and that is working ok on my normal efest account, but still no luck on the iphone mobile app.

Any ideas where I am going wrong, or how to fix it?

does your password contain a character which is outside of A to Z (in both upper & lower case) and outside of 0 to 9?

Some sort of issue with special characters is about the only reason I can think of for why your password is OK on a web browser but not OK within the app.

As far as I'm aware, no one else has had the same issue.

No, nothing outside those parameters.

Will try uninstalling the app and starting again.

Uninstalled then reloaded app.

Failed to sign in on initial sign in page, but went in as a guest. Then signed in successfully.

Maybe the first sign in needed my Apple sign in details, not the efests one?

Anyway, I'm in now.
