Edit amnesty

On most forums you can freely edit your posts for about a minute or so after making them. This is useful as I invariably spot typos and spelling mistakes when my post becomes visibible.

No idea why it bothers me having 'last edited by...' on posts that I haven't *really* edited - but it does. Any chance of this feature?

Soz, I'm not quite sure what feature you're asking for....?

You can edit posts for a short while after you've made them. When you do it stamps that post as "last edited ..." so that it's clear that it's been edited.

Just as this post has been. It applies to me too.
