The first date reportedly sold out in seconds, to me that would suggest a huge demand. Glastonbury doesn't count either as nobody has been able to purchase a ticket based on the Stones being announced yet...

I'd say the 'slower' sales of the second date is due to the controversy over what your money gets you. People still aren't sure what they are paying for, but before the first date went on sale they thought they knew what they were paying for
