Need help to find the Help Files

This is a really basic question-how do I find the help files that will tell me how to work my forum account?

I have seen them before, but can't find them now.

The actual content I want to find at the moment is how to put a photo into a post.

ermm ... I'm not sure where the forum help is.

A photo can't be directly put into a post. It must first exist on a webserver on the internet, and then be linked to and embedded into your post.

If the photo you want to use isn't yet on an internet webserver, you could use a photo hosting service such as flickr, or to keep things simple you could upload the photo to the galleries on these forums (click on the 'Gallery' tab near the top of this page).

Once your photo is on an internet webserver, you need to have the URL (web address) to that photo, and then you click on the picture icon within the editor box (that you use to type your posts here) and add that photo URL into the box that pops up.
