My current thinking is that Jake Bugg & Foals will headline the NME along with Alt-J.

I'm not really clued up as to what kind of acts headline the FR.

I'd like to see Sum 41 headlining the Lock Up, providing they aren't clashing with an awesome Main headliner. If they performed Does This Look Infected In Full, I think I would choose them over whoever was on the main.

I don't think the desire for US acts is down to quality but rather scarcity. For example Fidlar hadn't even played in the UK when they were booked for this year but bands around them such as Palma Violets and Savages should have been well-known to anyone with their finger on the pulse due to having toured and being hotly-tipped. Sometimes is nice to have bands that are unknown or not many people have had the chance to see amongst the usual stuff.
