Great new artwork for the poster, bout time.

My opinion, some good bands but placings seem off. Down on Main again in that 4th/5th position for the 3rd time in 5 years is boring. They were great in 2009 but 2011 they totally went through the motions so should've been dumped onto second stage and gave someone else the spotlight.

Limp Bizkit obviously headlining second stage which means a clash, for me I'd have preferred them to have swapped with Shikari but hey ho.

Parkway Drive seem too high, FFDP punch have gone back up like 3 slots on main stage after they pulled out last yr due to not getting booked elsewhere, why have they had such a bump?

Jimmy look like they're gunna be a second stage sub, which is a great spot for them, shame Airbourne aren't on main again, see I'd have swapped them with Down, but hey. The Hives finally getting rebooked after Andy has been pestered for them for years is great. 3 Doors Down is another band he's been asked for lots so good to see he's listening

I think a lot of people dismissing this lineup are doing so because they havnt heardof a few of the bands, people really should listen to acts before shooting them down

Although i suppose there is a lot of the same acts for people who have been to dl before so that xan be a problem aswell

Also this announcement is gd for me, except i wanted papa roach but aw well :P

Theres no band on Second Stage same time as Iron Maiden, they're getting the AC/DC treatment, second stage headliner that day starts during QOTSA and finishes before Maiden start.

Id imagine it will be them doing Saturday or possibly Sunday.

A Day To Remember are subbing Second stage on Sunday so Limp Bizkit would fit nicely above them

Friday is probably The Scorpions. Id imagine Friday Second Stage will have a classic rock vibe

PRetty happy with that, lots of bands I aint listened to in ageeeeeeeeees but would be happy to see live again and look forward to listening to again. Jimmy Eat World, Motionless in White, The Hives, Parkway Drive, Enter Shikari. Pretty good - albeit I set my sights low for any DL announcement :P.

Hope BTMH arn't put against Rammstein if they play... other then that more optimistics for the line up now. Reckon Devil Sold His Soul will get a slot with the new album out,

Didn't really think this comment deserved it's own topic so thought i'd just ask it in this thread. As I've never been to download but many other festivals I was wondering how easy is it to get there, in terms of from coach/train and to the campsites?

I also wondered if it would be unusual for someone to go on there own? Like are people friendly enough around camp etc... It's just the music isn't my girlfriends cup of tea and none of my mates fancy it but I think this years lineup is great! Always fancied going but this year's lineup has got me wanted to go the most it ever has, cheers!
