So based on no announced acts you can come to that conclusion? Lol

Are you basing that on a few posts on a forum?

A very small minority of people who actually attend Rockness post here and on other social media so thats no indication on the festival.

How did the sales go today?

So many tickets sold at 99 and the next tier sold out too.

Do you think they sold alot?

Have you been to a Scottish festival, T in particular?

A huge amount of the audience there couldnt care less who was playing and what spot.. they are their for a piss up.

Rockness will sell the same amount of tickets as they usually do.. not for the line up but because many see it as a better festival than T for a variety of reasons.

I dont think you can compare them anyway. T has twice as many stages/punters and is twice as expensive (based on cheap tickets)

What DF do to other promoters in Scotland is nothing short of blackmail and one day it will bite them on the arse. Not to mention the bleeding of their 'loyal' customers

Plan B was one of the best acts I saw last year. He had the entire crowd in the palm of his hand. (even my mate, who doesn't really like him said he was brilliant) His entire show, from the strickland stuff to the ill manors stuff just flows so well. His band is tight, he flings in a few covers and really jams with the band in a way that only a guy who knows his band can do. Plus his beatbox guy is shit hot. He has stepped up massively from his show at rockness a few years ago.

I don't think he will headline, but if he subs whoever comes on after him will have to be on top form, cos he will absolutely nail it.

I was one of those loyal TITP punters for 12 years on the spin up until last year, the festival has just changed for the worse in my opinion. The whole Rockness experience is just so much more enjoyable for me these days, the siteset up, the atmosphere, prices etc. And they do actually listen to punters and try to make improvements year by year
