dentalplan
They all preformed with Slash last year at the rock and roll hall of fame. Axl refused to so they got Miles Kenedy instead. Edited January 27, 2013 by dentalplan

scottguesty
Izzy played with Axl a few times on the 2006 tour, Duff played with Axl in 2010 in London and then his band Loaded ended up opening for GnR on part of their most recent tour. Steven Adler would literally jump at the idea of playing with GnR again, despite being mad with Axl for not playing the hall of fame gig. What never seems to get mentioned is that Izzy also didn't play the induction ceremony, Gilby Clarke did. I doubt they would get Izzy on board for a full blown tour, so would most likely substitute with Gilby Clarke. Steven Adler might not be trusted with his numerous issues in the past with drugs and such so may be substituted with Matt Sorum. The only thing standing in the way are Axl and Slash... But if it did happen, I'd end up selling a kidney to see as much of the tour as possible
Mouseboy11
Someone pointing out that it looks like Eminem is doing the Saturday at Reading leads me to believe it's going to be a big headliner for the Sunday so my guess is Blur. jump
Sabbath would arguably be of less relevence or interest to R&L than Eminem and I can't see Metallica doing anything this year. 504329lt
Well Metallica are booking up fests in Aug & Sep but just not in Europe this year so AC/DC must be nailed on then? I don't see why Eminem playing on Sat at Reading meaning there will be a massive headliner on Sunday, it may just be to avoid him playing the same postion from last time and Chili Peppers (in their prime) were a Sat headliner. Yellow_Fellow
I seriously question if ACDC would play. First off, they're irrelevant, boring, old men. Second! There is NOWHERE for that ACDC stage to go. On the right moves the press area and on the left voids and entire exit route. Third, I'm sure if they were going to have played reading, they would have already.
